Eastview Students Win MHSPA Honors

Twenty-three Eastview broadcasting students (eleven Flash and twelve 4Cast) were recognized by the Minnesota High School Press Association for the 2004-2005 school year for scholastic achievement and excellence in high school journalism.

Distinguished Journalist (3.6 GPA and at least one year of service) - Kristina Amata, John Bauer, Katie Brown, Justin Dahlke, Lucas Dugan, Sarah Hagen, Lisa Jobes, Matt St. Martin, William Meiklejohn, Katelin Shiels and Katie Wilharm

All State Journalist (3.8 GPA and at least one year of service) - Caitlin Baker, Holland Baxley, Malorie Booth, Kevin Burke, McKenna Ewen, Megan Groves, Brooke Kilgarriff, Chad Ries and Eric Zimmerman.

All Minnesota Editor (3.8 GPA and at least two years of service) - Mitch Dreier, Natalie Jones, Steph McKenzie
